Job Specifications: Customer Support Officer (CSO)-Voice
Graduates / Diploma holders (10 + 2 + 3 years of education). Those pursuing final year graduation through correspondence are also eligible. 12th passouts with prior international call center experience will also be considered.
Excellent communication skills in English
Willingness to work in night shifts
Age between 18yrs to 32 years
Interview Process
1st Round Personal Interview Ex-Tempo 10 Minutes
2nd Round Written Test 10 Minutes
3rd Round - Listening Test 15 Minutes.
Final Round - Personal Interview
